How We Collect Information
Like many websites, The Flooring Artists uses analytics tools to understand how our marketing and website perform. The information collected may include your IP address, device type, operating system, general location, mobile network information, browser version, traffic to and from the site, and pages you access.
If you use a web form to contact us, the information collected may include your name, ZIP code, email address, phone number, and the message you submit.
How We Use Personal Information
We use website and contact information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, understand how people use the site, improve our content and marketing, and protect the site and our business operations.
Internal Google API Data
The Flooring Artists uses an internal tool called Operations SEO Research for our own advertising and website planning. After an authorized operator grants access through Google, the tool may access:
- Google Search Console performance data for websites the operator is authorized to view, including queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position;
- Google Ads account identifiers needed to confirm authorized account access;
- Google Ads geographic targeting information; and
- Google Ads Keyword Planner ideas and historical search metrics for terms selected by the operator.
We use this data only for The Flooring Artists’ internal advertising research, campaign planning, search-performance analysis, and website content planning. The tool does not create or modify campaigns, ads, budgets, bids, billing, users, or account settings.
OAuth credentials are stored in restricted local configuration files until access is revoked or reauthorized. Private research output may be retained in a restricted local cache or report while it remains useful for internal planning and validation. We may retain limited derived evidence, such as the provider, location, language, retrieval date, and relevant metrics, in internal research briefs. We delete authorization data and private research output when they are no longer needed for these purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or provide Google user data to clients or the general public. Access is limited to the internal operator who manages The Flooring Artists’ Google accounts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The operator can revoke the tool’s access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. To request deletion of locally stored authorization data or private Google API research output, contact The Flooring Artists.
