Payment is due upon the day of the project’s substantial completion. Invoices 2 days overdue begin to accumulate interest at the maximum rate allowed by law.
Payments can be submitted online, over the phone, or in person. Mailing a check is not an acceptable way to submit a payment.
The Flooring Artists’ prices differ between Check/ACH and credit card forms of payment. Check/ACH prices are lower compared to card payments.
This is not a credit card surcharge and is explicitly allowed by Colorado law:
“A discount offered by a seller or lessor for the purpose of inducing payment by cash, check, or other means not involving the use of a seller or lender credit card shall not constitute a finance charge if such discount is offered to all prospective buyers and its availability is disclosed to all prospective buyers clearly and conspicuously in accordance with regulations of the administrator.”
